Work with head chef to maintain kitchen organization, staff ability

- Assist the Executive Chef/Head Chef in the following tasks:
- Implement menus
looking for a Commis Chef to help prepare ingredients and do any task the chef needs assistance with with. The care and quality a Commis Chef devote to food preparation will result in truly spectacular fare Preferably 1 – 2 years previous experience as a Commis Chef in 5-star restaurants;
both lunch and dinner
