As a VIP Officer and Admin Support, the responsibilities include Administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities < Provide Administrative support to the office, including attending to office reception and answering phones, timely resolution
alongside overseeing the day-to-day activities of the office. The ability to work under pressure and withing tight deadlines is critical. Specifically, the Office Manager will be required to assist the management Maintenance with the following tasks: general admin, client relations, sales paperwork, processes and procedures Operations and Logistics department Liaise with clients on catering and furniture hiring orders Create reports Maintain contact lists (suppliers and clients) Manage office supplies and gifting Reconcile expense
