From 95 to 97 (Basic) - Hourly information • SAP processing - All steps from capturing sales order, purchase order, inbound, miro, zvso (ensure invoicing is correct first time) • Timeous capturing and booking of forward exchange contracts (FEC) (FEC) • Ensuring creditor payments are captured, reconciled and processed timeously • Communication with and submission of purchase orders to vendors • SAP data maintenance • Complete clearing instructions for Kaizen Implementation • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth process flow of all business
