Call Centre Supervisor

Cape Town City Centre

motivated and experienced Call Centre Supervisor to join our team. The Call Centre Supervisor will be responsible responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call centre, ensuring that agents meet performance targets improve agent performance, and managing escalated customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have strong and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive calls from customers / passengers;
  • Deal with problems cancellations etc.;
  • Explain processes to customers and assisting them where necessary;
  • Work confidential information;
  • Communicate with customers both verbally and in writing.
  • One (1) to four (4) years’ experience in a Call Centre Environment;
  • Travel or relevant qualification understanding or experience of delivering great customer service to a customer;
