Prepare Drivers paperwork with stops, load release etc • Overseeing and managing all Drivers and Assistants General fleet management • Briefing of Drivers • Scanning in Drivers paperwork to the de briefing hub every analysis • Maintain Driver discipline • Maintain truck turnaround time • Capture all Drivers log sheets with • Processing of Drivers leave and managing fleet to ensure there are enough Drivers to trucks • Assist • Managing Drivers' hours worked • Liaise with gantries on renewing safe loads and Driver inductions
