Duties & Responsibilities • Manage maintenance function at branch and/or area of responsibility – supply of energy and services to facility/branch – Manage maintenance function, engineering store where applicable improvement practices • Manage the budget – Optimise and reduce the maintenance cost – Manage and reduce the electrical consumption – Manage engineering stock – Manage the maintenance fixed cost budget • Manage staff – Ensure communication to all – Liaise and communicate with management in all departments – Provide leadership and training
equipment. The role requires assistance with the management of the engineering division for the Cape Town Division manages all development and expansion projects across the Group.
The Technical Manager would 150 employees. Each such department is managed by its own Manager.
External services providers used team as described below and would be involved in managing relationships and services.
The Engineering and report directly to the Senior Engineering Manager.
Qualifying Criteria: <
Project Engineering Manager to develop operational department year plans
Manage project setup during
guidance to project teams, ensuring effective management of allocated projects
