directing the Hotel Team (F&B, Service, Housekeeping, Reservations, and Grounds) on all matters impacting highest standards (Upscale 5-Star standard) of housekeeping, cleanliness, personalized service, and attention including;

Recruit, train, and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, maintenance technicians, and other personnel
maintenance (Pit checks) is done and signed off Inform Housekeeping of all early arrivals, late departures and room
Office Marketing Department on a quarterly basis. Housekeeping Ensure clean shelves, fridges and edge rails
