Job Description:
The HR/IR Manager is responsible responsible for HR Management and providing administrative support to the HR Head and HR department, to to ensure efficient HR/IR operations within the organisation. This includes maintaining employee records managing employee benefits, and handling various HR/IR related tasks.

Human Resources Business Partner. Implementation of HR policies and strategies, aligned with business strategies and reporting thereof Execution of all aspects of HR operations and administration Responsible for effective Effective resource management in the HR environment End-to end HR service visibility with excellent service People. Sound knowledge of LRA, BCEA, EEA and all HR related legislation Report writing and presentation
