Job Description:
The HR/IR Manager is responsible responsible for HR Management and providing administrative support to the HR Head and HR department, to to ensure efficient HR/IR operations within the organisation. This includes maintaining employee records managing employee benefits, and handling various HR/IR related tasks.
Roles and Respon
HR Generalist – HR Processes systems – Fixed Term Contract Candidate will be working remotely from their years’ working experience as a HR Generalist position also having worked with HR Processes is essential Provable Must have strong working experience in reviewing HR processes systems Computer Literacy essential Valid license and own transport Experience gained in a HR Mining environment advantage Reporting to Manager: current HR processes systems for the company to ensure best people practice. Review and re-define HR processes
