hospitality experience managing a luxury villa on a Game Reserve in the Grahamstown area in the Eastern Cape

The reservations consultant are responsible responsible for all calls, reservations and quotations for all properties within our clients portfolio through operations manager Accurately record and process reservations from all channels on to the OPERA system Booking Booking of transfers Process amendments to reservations, e.g. extensions, early departures etc. Manage Follow up on provisional bookings Accept waitlist reservations, record and follow up on PMS Complete monthly
