OF THE ROLE To manage a team of sales agents to ensure optimal sales performance and service deliverance all KPI and Targets are achieved monthly Tracking sales goals and communicating results and achievements interventions as needed Provide support to sales team in order to advance sales stages, guidance on processes to accurate sales forecasts Handling and resolving customer complaints Devise strategies and sales techniques departments of the business to ensure success of the sales team that has variable dependencies QUALIFICATIONS
3 years' experience in print advertising/media sales, including experience at both the advertising agency Previous experience in both print and digital sales is required. Sales or marketing diploma (IMM/AAA) is advantageous
