purpose of the job will be -
- To supervise all QA, QC and LAB staff and to ensure that products and efficiency standards.
- Ensuring that all requirements for FSSC 22000 and other relevant Food
- Managing all Quality and Laboratory staff including but not limited discipline in the workplace, time keeping, and ensuring all personal hygiene checks are done before production production focus areas)
- To ensure that all staff are always productive.

- Must ensure all product are manufactured within specification.
- Hourly chlorination
- Deviation monitoring and control. Report all deviation when food safety is not achieved.
- Refer
- Refer to sop for QC deviation.
- Restrict all non-confirming product. Manage product restriction packaging material different to color standard
- All communication/instructions regarding the packaging
