  • Qualified fitter, Turner preferable
  • 10 years’ factory specific aspects of the assembly process (stripping, sub-assembly of gearbox, sub-assembly of fluid ends, final final assembly).
  • Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment within the assembly team team.
  • Supervise and coordinate the entire assembly process including coordinating spares
  • Ensuring implement solutions to streamline quality issues and assembly time, incorporating the use of jigs and fixtures
