Rental Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of property maintenance for rental

Schedule and oversee routine and emergency maintenance and repairs

Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, costs, and completed work via RedRabbit

Document inspection findings and initiate necessary maintenance or repairs
