delivery of new projects from project Kick Off up to production stage.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor product quality and identify areas for improvement. Analyze and enforce quality checkpoints throughout the production process to ensure compliance with specifications standards. Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections to verify conformance to customer requirements to optimize manufacturing processes and improve product quality, reliability, and efficiency. Lead or participate methodologies such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) to drive
line equipment and processes to produce packaged products cost-effectively and safely in accordance with quality conformance standards, while meeting agreed production scheduals.
