Front Office Duties:
- To ensure that check-in procedures are strictly adhered to and
that
of all reports and
administrative work.
- To manage PMS system settings & keep all databases
- Allocation of bank transfers on the PMS system on a daily basis,
& reconciliation to
balance.
SYSTEM
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially with Good
knowledge / understanding of Hospitality PMS
system OPERA would be a bonus
LEVEL General
