Manage the entire sales cycle from receiving the referral/lead to securing a sale;
Customer Service Level Agreements; and oversee the CRM incident logging system. Continuously improve operational Operations reports to the GM (as part of the Executive Report pack) highlighting Performance Issues and SLAs breached Negotiate each customer SLA once the Sales process has been successfully completed Qualification
