To be fully responsible for all Stock and Assets of the Restaurant Controls the Point of Sales System (POS). Controls all suppliers and creditor invoices, its accuracy, and the payment thereof. Maintain and inventory and organise regular Stock Takes for all Operating Equipment and Consumables. Super
