Do safety inspections weekly and report to mine engineer is in place. Does risk assessment with safety reps, and head of departments. Investigate incidents engineer/mine manager and communicate to safety reps. Set up workplace inspection and planned task observation rosters and assist with doing these observations. Set up rosters and audit legal registers (e.g. ladders,
