customers remain informed regarding repairs to their vehicles via the appropriate channels. • Evaluate repairs ordering correct parts where necessary. • Test drive vehicles • Control the workshop productivity (i.e. hours objectives. • Control (WIP) work in progress on all vehicles in the workshop daily to maintain acceptable levels technical role. • A minimum of 3 years of relevant OEM motor dealership workshop experience. Minimum Qualification/s expertise in vehicle service and repair maintenance. • Problem solving and motor vehicle fault finding

Any errors on the vehicle need to be reported immediately before the vehicle can leave the premises with runner / supervisor before loading into the vehicle always adhere to the New Dispatch Loading procedure Maintaining and cleaning of the vehicle, reporting any problems on the vehicle immediately to the dispatch
