preparation of financial statements Assisting with general accounting tasks, such as bookkeeping and reconciliations
weekly petty cash and groceries list from office administrator Preparing Board meeting agenda, taking minutes system to take fees from Trust to Business – as required (weekly) Updating of Long term cashflow reports contact for firm wide issues(assisted by office administrator) Preparation of audit files for the Statutory auditors to assist them with the documentation as required Compiling of the documents for the auditors to Diploma/Degree (Bcom or Bacc) Minimum Experience required: Articles (SAIPA or SAICA) or 2 years' experience
