• 5 years previous experience in a FMCG Production or Manufacturing environment including managing
• Ensure continuous improvement on product Food Safety and product Quality.
• Setting compliance compliance specification of raw materials and finished products regarding Micro and Chemistry looking at relevant ensuring all personal hygiene checks are done before production begins.
• Ensure staff follow Company SOPs customer complaints, production focus areas).
• To ensure that all staff are productive at all time.<
