You shift employees, making sure they adhere to the standards of excellence and to the guidelines set in the the tasks assigned to them and coordinating Front Office and night Audit activities with the Night Team conditions to the security department and/or the front office manager.
You have a Matric Certificate least 5 years' experience in a Front Office/ Night Manager role in a busy, high-demand
beverage service standards and conducting regular guest service, menu, sales, and standards training with
goal-oriented individual who persistently pursues high standards of success. Your keen eye for detail assures that
platforms (Genesys, Calabrio). • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint)
