staff (ARE, SMT etc) • Liaison with the Contracts Engineer on all contractual matters before implementation reporting of the Contractor's programme. • Implement Engineer's quality control plan. • Monitor Contractor's Employer and Contractor. Present to the Contract Engineer an assessment of a claim and/or disputes. • Issuing authorisations, as agreed with and approved by the Contract Engineer and Employer. • Site audits, inspection, quality project's EMP and NEMA requirements. • Implement the Engineers requirements in terms of compliance with the OH&S
