Manage allocated team budget by tracking costs and reviewing forecasts encouraging revenue-aligned thinking within the team and recognising positive contributions. Business function at the JSE. Maintain a deep understanding of team processes, outputs, dependencies, methodology and year in support of divisional strategy. Draw up a team business plan for complex tasks (1 month window)
