Compliance Monitoring Plans and maintain breach management processes. Ensure accurate reporting of compliance statutory projects relevant to assigned areas. Offer support services to stakeholders, including awareness training requirements and assist in preparing statutory applications. Support compliance input in business projects to years of relevant compliance/risk management experience in an Asset Manager/CIS Manco/LISP environment. R
Legal. Supports Supply Chain department in negotiation and finalization of all contracts. Manages and custodians consultation and conjunction with Executive Head: Legal. Manages and drives the company's secretarial function and the group and subsidiary boards are adequately supported. Provides assistance with litigious matters: including mechanisms. Responsibilities: Provide accurate and timely legal advice to management and staff on a range of legal topics including implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
