As they are urgently well-organized system/process for stock keeping Assist in conducting regular stock-takes Administer advertising the unit, including safekeeping of SCM documents Assist in identifying regularly utilized items to be kept stock Ensure adherence to access control of stores Assist Coordinators in facilitating debriefing sessions Report on stock variances and abnormal shortages to manager Monitor obsolete items and follow disposal guidelines
