· Ensure invoices and POD's are handed to the office administrator on a daily basis, · Assisting clients Quotations o Pricing Requests · Keeping sales consultants updated and informed of ETA's on orders when and managing of client orders. · Maintain sales consultant order spreadsheet and provide constant feedback feedback and communication to the sales consultant. · Prepare filing and ensure all paperwork and supporting documents are in order before handing them over to the office administrator. · Assists fellow Sales Representatives
