West is seeking to employ a half day Personal Assistant to the MD / Financial Administrator to join their Responsibilities include: Personal Assistant to the Managing Director: Assist with confidential and personal personal filing for the MD Screen and manage incoming emails, and other correspondence, prioritizing items Administration Assist with processing and sending out invoices. Manage the Time Management system for the experience in administrative support, personal assistance, or financial administration is advantageous
from reporting to finalization.
Checking in of vehicles Capturing data on system Assist clients with regards to queries Answering telephone telephone Stand in for the Service Advisor to assist with administration Requirements: Min matric Fully bilingual
