Key performance areas: Main Responsibilities: Technician scheduling and execution of the service call with in-house technicians and sub-contractors Logging and managing tickets on in-house system to ensure efficient to Finance. Check Technicians clock-in/out for overtime calculation Book technician accommodation Process
