The role is responsible to lead the Marketing and Communication team to sustain and build the WoF-Kishugu and proactive organisation-wide communications, marketing, and branding strategy consistent with the strategic Leads the Marketing and Communication strategy, planning and project management of marketing activities Assesses the various market forces that influence the Communications and Marketing plan and strategy Participates implementation plans to realise these Utilises a research-based approach to identify key messages and audiences
