Required work experience

  • 5+ years' where approved, participate in site meetings as required by the Project Manager.
  • Be knowledgeable and Leasing functions
  • Attend to any administrative tasks related tenants e.g. ensure all FICA documentation is aligned with FICA and compliance requirements
  • Ensure that vacating tenants are vacated tracking of the annual budget
  • Ensure all administrative documents have been sent to the finance department
