Minimum requirements:
through the performance and development of all staff in the store, whilst managing within agreed budgets control procedures Ability to plan and schedule staff working times/ roster Must have basic practical understanding Help the Store Manager/Assistant Manager drive the staff to effectively perform, ensuring that each months budget is met. Firm knowledge of merchandising Required Minimum of 5 years experience in a retail environment environment Minimum 3 Years experience in working as a Supervisor in a similar field Matric Tertiary/ Post
