will secure Duties: You will manage the customer relationship (management of orders, contracts, disputes) related to contracts and customer orders. Ensure the satisfaction of the customers at all times Validate Validate and record customer orders. Analyze stocks and make material allocations, i.e. Ensure correct material number is allocated, consider FIFO basis. Manage end-to-end customer orders (registration, review of deadlines raise any material irregularities, …). Keep customers informed of the status and progress of their orders
