Job Purpose:
The Food and Beverage Manager is pivotal in setting the strategic direction
and Beverage operations at our luxury 5 Star Hotel. This role ensures that our Food and Beverage services
Collaborating with senior leadership, the Food and Beverage Manager will develop and implement policies, processes
Food and Beverage, or related field.
Qualification at a Diploma level 8 years in the food and beverage industry of which at least 3 years experience experience in a management role within the food and beverage environment Experience delivering client-focused solutions operating procedures Food & Beverage Costings and analytics Food & Beverage Product Knowledge Team Planning
