Customer Service Resolve all client queries /complaints initiated by the client and ensure that the relevant SDM is advised of same. Action canvassing where required. Visit clients with SDM and resolve problems/educate list and rectify errors where required. Ensure VIP client requirements are met. Action container departments emails' are sent if required. Monitor all abandon cargo notifications, ensuring that all UAC procedures are box' clear and always updated. Ensure that where required Manifest Corrector instructions are issued timeously
