This position will be a working foreman position and requires the foreman to be hands-on involved in occurrence • Plan and Issue job cards and allocate work, issue instructions, parts and equipment planning Authorise indicated repair and maintenance work and spares/ external work requirement • Order and expedite spares spares, consumable, external work • Undertake direct maintenance & repairs work • Advise on workflow reroutes Ensure team members' ability to deliver required work • Create an enabling environment for team members
