Responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing various types of trailers to ensure they are safe such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections, to keep trailers in optimal condition. - Diagnose systems, and hydraulic systems. - Conduct thorough inspections of trailers to identify any potential problems vehicles in the fleet. - Ensure that all safety inspections are completed on trailers. - Good Communication
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards. Optimize QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Meat Science, or a related field (will advantage). Proven experience in meat production or food manufacturing. A minimum of 10 years in a senior Understanding of regulatory requirements related to food production, hygiene, and sanitation. Demonstrated
Mechanical and Manufacturing experience - Experience in a Food Manufacturing industry will be a strong advantage
