Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities: Create and design training programmes in-line with business objectives that assess training needs aligned to gaps identified and then design, deliver, and evaluate training sessions progress and succession planning Set priorities of training needs to ensure the business reaches the targets targets for the set year Ensure that the training function offers quality, cost effective and value-added Introduce and implement new training processes, systems to record and review training needs and delivery Review
DESCRIPTION The job also includes development of training curriculum (modules, manual, participant guide updates and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs. The primary interactions would include attending the training apart from periodic reporting of all the above to the Operations owner /Training leader /Ability to: Assess process-training needs. Deliver presentations or training using acceptable methods and 12 months of training experience in BPO / Utilities industry. Prior exposure to training shall be preferred
