2. Employee Relations
Assist line management with disciplinary notifications.
dealing effectively with disciplinary issues, guidance to line management and representation at the CCMA and MEIBC
Arranging union matters: chairing monthly shop steward management meetings
3. Training and Development
Fulfil Company skills committee.
Co-ordination & management of the Companys training requirements and practices
and guidance to Line Management, Shop Stewards and all employees on Human Resources matters in line with and agreements.
