The Learning and Development Practitioner provides expertise to the business with a deep understanding E-learning platform (framework development, stakeholder involvement, funding propositions, training stations/facilities relevant systems for the Learning and development division.
on the lookout for a dynamic Learning & Development Specialist for our client, based south of KZN individual who will support the development of a learning and development plan linked to business performance learning needs analysis through consultations with managers, through evaluation of business information or other relevant assessment methods
Develop and manage learning plans for Manufacturing in line line with key business goals
