The role also involves supervising the providing high-quality customer service, upholding the Centre's operational standards, and facilitating a supportive legislation. Manage the collection of payments, including instalment plans and agent payments. Liaise with Address routine financial queries from students and agents promptly and accurately. Regularly report on outstanding with agents to address queries, solve booking and finance issues, and update them on the Centre's programs
