qualified applicants for the position of a Procurement Clerk in their General Services Office. Basic Function the incumbent serves as the sub-unit's e-filing clerk, administrative assistant, and purchasing agent commodities from the vendor and delivers to the Receiving Clerk and/or end customer as required. Pricing and estimating of jobs based on site visits.
Pricing of Tender Bill of Quantities meetings.
Site visits on current jobs.
Attending and assisting with the site meetings for project quantities of materials required for site.
Ordering of materials for site on a day-to-day basis.
Monitoring
Monitoring material usage on site.
Preparation of monthly claims.
Preparing of cash flow claims.
Measuring of sub-contractors work on site and preparing sub-contractors payments.
Administration
following: 1. Producing CAD drawings, including site plans, general arrangement layouts and elevations master site plans. 7. Carrying out general project running duties, including responding to site queries queries and attending site meetings. 8. Producing as-built drawings and required documents to comply with
