Apply now and embark on a rewarding career journey Location: Mauritius , regular travel globally To implement policies and directives to provide overall strategic direction, business plans, efficient and effective management for the company and to ensure compliance with such policies and directives. To ensure that directors are provided with accurate and clear information in a timely manner to promote effective decision-making by the Board. To identify new business opportunities for the company. To ensure that the company complies with allcompany laws and legislation that is obligated to comply with. To monitor financial performance of the company and to ensure compliance with such policies and directives. To comply with all lawful instructions given to you by the Board. Effectively managing all shipping contracts and communication with suppliers. To attend all meetings required by the Board. Deliver on all company approved strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CMA degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 8 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Package: Expat package, USD based, subject to a work permit, aligned with candidates' experience, skills and qualifications, plus incentive based on attractive commission linked to company performance.
