Principal accountabilities:

Supervise and monitor the golf course staff.
Set up daily task sheets and schedules.
Issue daily duties to the golf course staff.
Lead and motivate the golf course staff.
You will be required to carry out machine operating tasks and other general tasks as and when required.
Drive the daily output and production of the golf course staff.
Train the course staff in all aspects including, operating machinery, trimming, raking and fine detail.
You will be required to counsel and discipline the golf course staff, if and when required.
To ensure that the working environment is in accordance with the health and safety requirements.
Be fully involved with the irrigation system.
Be fully involved in the planning and execution of all cultural practices.
Report all aspects of the golf course on a daily basis to the Green keeper.
Assist with any other business related tasks as may be required.
