We are looking for a passionate and experienced Coffee Shop Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our shop. Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Coffee Shop Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the coffee industry and or retail industry, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining our high standards of quality and service. Manage the day-to-day operations of the coffee shop. Supervise, train, and schedule staff to ensure optimal performance. Ensure excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints. Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels. Ensure the coffee shop is clean, organized, and well-maintained. Monitor and manage budgets, sales, and expenses to achieve financial targets. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers. Maintain knowledge of current coffee trends and continuously improve the menu. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Scheduling of staff rosters. Proven experience as a Coffee Shop or Retail Manager or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of coffee and espresso drinks will be advantageous. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Outstanding customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
