The Financial Manager will play a vital role in managing and overseeing the financial operations of our property management division. The ideal candidate will have a CA(SA) qualification and at least 5 years of experience in the property industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the financial operations of the property management division.
Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Coordinate with external auditors and prepare audit reports.
Implement and maintain robust financial controls and procedures.
Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance company performance.

Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

CA(SA) qualification is required.
