The Financial Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations of their property management division. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the property industry and hold a CA(SA) qualification.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the financial operations of the property management division.
Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Coordinate with external auditors and prepare audit reports.
Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures.
Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies.
Manage financial risks and opportunities.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
CA(SA) qualification is required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management within the property industry.
