The Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing site maintenance activities to deliver the highest level of availability on all plant, equipment, and machinery. Ensuring that site maintenance activities are performed in line with the company's Health and Safety procedures, the OSHAct, and best practices. JOB SPECIFICATION: Responsible for maintenance of records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance related matters. Ordering of equipment/materials for projects Ensure compliance with organizational and legislative safety requirements by maintaining appropriate practices, standards and procedures. Attending to the repair and servicing of products/equipment including but not limited to fault finding, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical faults. Track and monitor energy consumption and demand side management Maintain an inventory of all equipment and tools used on the property. Monitor that all maintenance and repairs are done in compliance with relevant regulations and building codes. Ensures that all machinery / equipment operates to OEM specification Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify areas in need of maintenance and repair. Plans and ensures timely completion of planned preventive maintenance programs Attending to the installation of electrical wiring, distribution board or any other type of electrical wiring or equipment as may be required Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions Ensure that all breakdown repairs are completed timeously and efficiently in order to ensure that the quality of in progress products is maintained. Completing job cards and attending to general maintenance Resolve technical and procedural problems Maintain technical and operational documentation Track and monitor energy consumption and demand side management Assist skilled workers in troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs To use hand power tools for drilling, demolitions, cutting and chasing in association with Electrical/HVAC work Ordering of equipment/materials for projects Constant inspection and addressing maintenance issues Requirements & Qualification Minimum 5 years' experience in similar role. Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Power point) Strong Electrical background experience Electrical Trade Test qualification Strong communication skills Organizational and time-management skills.
