Job Description: Currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Mould-Changer / Maintenance Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in injection moulding and a strong understanding of the maintenance and changing of large moulds used in the manufacturing processes. This role is crucial to ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform mould changes on injection moulding machines in a timely and efficient manner.
Assist in the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of moulds and related equipment.
Ensure that all moulds are properly installed, aligned, and secured according to specifications.
Monitor the performance of injection moulding machines and identify any potential issues.
Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on moulds and equipment.
Maintain accurate records of mould changes, maintenance activities, and machine performance.
Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and ensure optimal productivity.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Provide support to other maintenance activities as needed.
